Hey Labs B.V. ("Hey Manager", "we", "us") is a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 42002403) with its registered address at Herengracht 420, 1017 BZ Amsterdam. We operate the website heymanager.io.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our website forms:

  • Contact form: first name, last name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and any details you provide.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising on this website.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry (contact form submissions).

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). When you submit a contact form enquiry, you are asking us to provide information about our services prior to entering into a contract.

How long we store it

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months after your enquiry has been resolved.

Who has access

Your data is accessible only to the Hey Labs B.V. team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data processor

We use Google Firebase to host this website and store form submissions. Your data is stored and processed within the European Union. Google acts as our data processor under their Cloud Data Processing Addendum, which includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
